'Spotlight On TBJQ'- The Tim Boniface Jazz Quartet, 2008

TBJQ’s newest recording, ‘Spotlight on TBJQ’, was released in December 2008.  Read a summary of the CD taken from the liner notes:

“We love a great venue, a relaxed audience and a great set of jazz classics to enjoy together.  We wanted to make available an album that sounds like that very setting, and have chosen come of our favourite pieces and most distinct arrangements to do that.  This collection of classic jazz standards allows us to present the breadth of the sound that we have developed over the last six years, and to really enjoy it!”

'Why the Moon/Spellbound' - The Tim Boniface Quartet, 2005

This two track EP was released in 2005 to showcase original material from Tim Boniface and Kirsty Mitchell.  'Why The Moon' is a latin/jazz arrangement of the song written in 2004 by Kirsty Mitchell and Tim Boniface.  'Spellbound' is a jazz ballad by Tim, setting to music the poem of the same name by E. M. Boniface.  The CD has sold out now, but shortly you will be able to download 'Why The Moon' from this website.

'Right on Time' was the band's first release on CD, before we became a quartet. It features all original composition, spanning many different styles of jazz, and showcasing different instrumental line-ups...and in featuring Kirsty in the final track, shows the band at the beginning of the road to the fully fledged TBJQ.  Some material from 'Right On Time' will soon be available on this website.  Right on Time was recorded and produced by The Tim Boniface Jazz Trio.
